I’m getting cute aggression just thinking about it!

Hi, I’m Mia
Life is too short not to fill it with zest like a good lemon meringue. I’m passionate about iced coffee in every season, hiking, trivia nights, growing a jungle of houseplants, singing wayyy too loudly to musical theater, fiction writing, and so much more. But most of all, I’m passionate about telling love stories.
When I’m writing, the love stories don’t exist yet. They’re being born on the page and revealed with every word. The rest of your love story is yet to be written, too, spooling out over a lifetime of moments. They say a single photo translates to quite a few words, and every one I capture conveys more of your story, preserving a brief instant echoing with all of the moments that have held your love for one another. All of the moments that led you here since the very beginning of your story. Your wedding is just a chapter in that story.

For as long as I can remember, I have possessed a fascination with all living things. From the smallest mushroom to the vast ocean, nature is endlessly intriguing. I have a biology degree from Western Michigan University, and considered going to veterinary school. But after working in the field for several years, I decided it wasn’t for me. While animals are still a big part of my life, I decided to refocus (pun intended) my life on a different lifelong devotion.
