Every time I pick up my camera, I’m trying to capture that which cannot be ensnared, the love that exists between people. To freeze laughter at bad jokes and bad dancing to bad songs. To immortalize a fleeting moment, a kiss, an embrace. Love is in those moments. Life is in those moments. Those moments, all strung together, make up a life. One day, perhaps sooner than we may expect, we will all be far away or gone. When we no longer have each other close, and when our memories together fade with time, there will be photographs to remind us.

Do you provide timeline planning for the wedding?
Yes! Assisting my couples with the timeline for their wedding is a service I always provide to my couples. Planning a wedding can be overwhelming, especially when you factor in all of the photo-ops you may want but don’t know to include in your shot list, or know how long to allot for them. I’m here to help you finalize the schedule of events and potential shot list, and then we’ll make sure we tick all your boxes the day of.
How would you describe your editing style?
My style of editing is true-to-life: polished, but most of all authentic. I have the knowledge and expertise to edit out unsightly or distracting elements, but when it comes to the colors and feeling of a photograph, I’m enhancing the natural aesthetics of the shot. I keep it real. No dated editing trends, gray grass, or orange skin tones here. Your love is timeless, so your photos should be too.
How many hours is your average wedding day booking?
My average couple hires me for eight-ten hours. Preserving your precious memories is so important to me, and I would never want to leave your wedding before all of your scheduled events you’ll want photos of have taken place. A timeline that allows for getting ready photos of the bride and groom really ties the story of your wedding day together, as we can look back on your wedding from beginning to end.
How much does it cost to add coverage by a second photographer to any package?
I always advocate for the inclusion of a second photographer in my team if the budget allows. Having a second allows for different perspectives of your day to be captured, and for your photography team to divide and conquer. One of us can get ready with each side of the bridal party, something a single photographer can’t do in the same amount of time, even if the couple is getting ready in the same location. A second can also cover your cocktail hour if your couples portraits are taking place during that time, which is often the case. I need to pay my seconds fairly for their time and experience, so a second photographer costs $50/hour to add to your package. What we may accomplish together, though, is priceless.
What is included in the complimentary engagement session?
I want to get to know you as a couple before I show up to your wedding! Aside from questionnaires and zoom calls, the best way to do this is for us to have fun together celebrating your engagement. Already had your engagement photos taken? We can still go out and play with the camera! If you’re down, I’m down. I cherish every photo I have with my partner, and a couples session before your wedding is always included when you book with me. Engagement sessions are 90 minutes long and you will receive everything besides the dupes, blinks, and bloops (though the good bloopers are always left in). If I’m traveling for your wedding, and I can’t make it out to you personally, an engagement session with a trusted associate is still included in your package.
How do we receive our images?
I deliver all of your gorgeous high-res images digitally through an online gallery you can access anywhere, anytime. You (and your friends and family) can download your photos and order prints or albums of all types and sizes from a trusted printing lab directly through your gallery.
When do we get our photos back?
After having a blast together on your wedding day, I know the anticipation is crazy to get your photos back so you can share your wonderful day with everyone else (or just look back on it yourselves)! But I want you to love every image I deliver, and for that I need some time, and I know you don’t want me to rush either. My contract includes a turn-around time of six weeks, but I try my best to send out a little teaser before your honeymoon is over.
Do you have insurance?
Of course. I’m running a tight ship here and this business is street-legal. If your venue wants to see proof of insurance, that’s no problem at all.
